Encouraging your diners to leave reviews
This video explains the benefits of actively asking your diners to leave online reviews for you...
Here's another short video with a restaurant marketing idea. And this one is... Encouraging Diners to Leave Online Reviews
There is a thai restaurant near where I live and every time a diner is leaving the restaurant, the manager simply asks them if they would be good enough to leave a review for them on Tripadvisor. That is literally all he does, but that one action has helped him to rank 3rd out of over 100 restaurants in the town!
Reviews really do matter for a restaurant as most people will check out reviews before they try someone new for the first time.
Whether people look for reviews on Tripadvisor, Google or Facebook, it is really important that you look to get new reviews on a regular basis... and that can start tonight... just by asking your diners if they will kindly leave a review.
