And it's actually - NOTHING!

Yes, most restaurant owners do absolutely nothing to tempt diners back.

A customer simply arrives, they eat and they leave.

Of course, you hope that your food and your service will tempt them back again soon, but that's it, you really are just HOPING that they will come back.

But what if instead, you could easily contact all of your customers at the press of a button. So instead of just hoping they'll come back, you contact them regularly and give them real reasons to come back to you time after time?

The simplest way to do this is to ask your customers to join a VIP Club that you create for your restaurant. Being called a VIP makes them feel special anyway, and if you can give a small incentive to join - maybe a small discount or freebie for example, then most will be happy to join the VIP Club.

To join, you'd ask them for their email address, or even better, their mobile number. From then on you can contact everyone who has joined, on a regular basis by email or text message.

And of course, each time you message them, you can then include offers, events, or other reasons for them to come back to you time after time.
